Oven: Preheat oven to 375F (180C). Place skewers on lightly greased baking sheet and cook 12 to 14 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. for best results place uncovered skewers on baking sheet 8" (20cm) from broiler in convention oven with door open, or cover skewers with aluminum foil if not using broiler. Stovetop/Fryer: Heat 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil and sear skewers for 2 minutes over medium heat. Continue cooking 10 to 12 minutes, turning skewers regularly.
WIth a bed of rice, potatoes or salad, In a pita souvlaki. Entree. Main course.
This product is flash frozen and sealed in a plastic box liner. It is then placed in a cardboard case, and stacked according to pallet specifications. It always remains frozen.
