A fine, granular, light grey powder. Prepares an opaque, medium thick, brown sauce. Its mild beefy flavour is balanced with sweet tomato flavours and a blend of spices.

To prepare: 4 L Mix: 395 g Cold or Hot Water: 4 L Add mix to 3 4 of the water, stirring vigorously with a whisk. Add the remaining water and stir. Heat and hold above 65°C (150°F). Stir before serving. >60°C 140°F
Use as a vegetarian mother sauce to create derivatives, such as a mushroom gravy or Dijonnaise. Use as the base for sauce-based dishes, such as a beef bourgignon. Thicken and enhance the drippings from roasts and stews. When replacing a regular sauce, add 1 tbsp of salt to 4L of your prepared LUDA H sauce.
