The product is versatile for any meal. It is easy to thaw and very quick to prepare. Portions are controlled and consist of different flavours.
Oven:Preheat oven at 375F (180C). Place satays on lightly greased baking sheet & cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. Stovetop/Fryer: Heat 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil & cook for 8 minutes over high heat, turning once halfway through cooking. Grill/BBQ: Preheat lightly greased grill to 375F (180C) or BBQ with light flame, then reduce BBQ to medium. Place satays on grill and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
